You presented this recipe so beautifully. My mouth was watering, so of course I decided to try it, since a small group of friends have decided to go vegan. What a great success. perfect.  This recipe is a keeper, and I brought it to a party, and the whole group like bees to flowers, said your recipe was the dessert winner of the evening. Thank You very much. I don't plan to be eating a real cheesecake in the near future

This is not cheesecake. It looks like one, but it's not. So why call it a cheesecake?! It's a Nut cake, honestly. Between the almonds, walnuts, and cashews… this is a Citrus (cuz you also used lemon, not just lime) Nut Cake!
Why does this bother me so much? Because people keep wanting to false advertise what they are really truly eating, as if they need to be comforted by food or lied to about foods they miss. When we should just be real about it, and learn to love & accept the new way we are eating. If I can not have cream cheese, therefore no more cheesecake, then I have one of two options:
    1. Go Keto instead of paleo, and enjoy a low carb zero sugar version of cheesecake! Or…
    2. Come to grips that cheesecake will never happen, but I can learn to love new stuff that tastes just as good & be just as comforting too!
To me, being dishonest or tricky about names, is just a way for people to lie to their selves until they eventually fail & go for the real thing they were trying to imitate.

Are you for real…. The point of becoming vegan is to be environmental conscious and sustainability…. Where do you think the almonds and nuts come from…. How many forest do we need to distroy for your cheese cake.. Pointless

It's impressive how europeans and americans use cashews in literally every single vegan recipe, while here in Brazil, where cashews are produced, they are extremely expensive for a normal person to buy. Really expensive. All it's produced goes to the rest of the world and the ones that are left here are so different from these perfect and big ones, they are all snall and cracked and thin.

I made it and it taste really good, but honestly it don’t taste like cheesecake at all! Just adjust your expectations to get a good healthy desert instead of a cheesecake.
Also, I have a regular processor and the caju cream was not so smooth.

it taste like 90% like cheesecake?
Well there's around 5% difference between human's DNA and Ape's DNA.

In other words, that thing cannot be called Cheesecake and cannot taste like it.

    Cheese definition:
"a food made from the pressed curds of MILK, firm and elastic or soft and semi-liquid in texture"

    Milk definition:
"an opaque white fluid rich in fat and protein, secreted by female mammals for the nourishment of their young"
