In some amazing plastic-free shops, which one serves oneself from glass jars and buy in bulk, they have lots of amazing dried fruits but some of them, like dried ginger, are too much sweet, maybe they have refined sugar on it. This is a good recipe, I tried it and find it awesome : its freshness and sweet-acid strong flavour reminds me that of the candies.

This looks reeeeeeally good! <3 I have only tried ripe plantains a few times (when visiting the tropics; I live in the North (sadly…)) and they were like marshmallows. Yummy!
One small "complaint" I have with this video, is that I was a bit annoyed by the somewhat loud music, making it (for me) difficult to hear you and focus on what you're doing. I much prefer the ones where the natural sounds of your surroundings to dominate, like beautiful bird song. 😊
