Few more tips:
No need to add soda just keep the batter to rest for 20 mins.
Add fine grated carrots and chopped capsicum to the batter itself while mixing everything.

Actually I was doubtful that how that chutney will taste without salt …I saw the vedio for 3-4 times to see have u put salt in chutney or not …..but u didn't ….I still followed you and the end result was superb.

Hum banane gaye rava utthapam aur ban gaya jala hua rava upma….boliye kyun??? Kyun ki Ranveer ne bataya nahi (ke pan kitni garam honi chahiye, kitne der kaun si flame me utthapam fry hona chahiye, etc. etc.)
Nice recipe but we must not store cooked food in the fridge for more than four days. Also you made it little more black on both sides. Cook on medium flame or for less time.
I have made rava dosa one day… And my mom and sister was asking me that when did I bought chawal and dal for dosa?
It was burnt.
