Hi sir we dont get white peas so cn ww use white chana whivh we cll kabuli chana also
simplified recipe. However,
1.I usually cook the tamarind chutney.
2. A pressure cooker works on pressure principle, so why the whistles? Whistles usually decrease the pressure. Even in Hawkins booklet they have said that decrease the flame when pressure has built up [whistle starts hissing but not released]. and then pressure cook for alloted time. This decreases fuel consumption also.
