Loved this one- mushroom risotto is one of my favourites! I'll be trying this for sure.
I feel bad saying this, but I wonder if you might consider drinking some water before filming- there are a lot of mouth sticking together sounds in your videos and as someone with misophonia it's hard to stick with the video sometimes 😐 No shade intended, maybe it's just my sensitivity. 🙂

I have to try this recipe ASAP. Mushrooms and rice are like the two major food groups. Could you make a short video on your favourite cookware? (Other than the instant pot)

Just made this. Love her channel ❤❤
Recommendations: if you're cooking for 2, half the rice and broth, of course, then leave everything else. 1 cup of rice will provide enough leftovers if you have a side salad. Season the risotto as it cooks. The miso mushroom is fantastic itself! Nighly recommend!!

I simmer the leek tops (along with a great big fist of shredded romaine and some fresh peas) in my split pea soup. I fish out the leeks at the end. Also, keep little mason jars of wine in the freezer (this is what I do with the “bottom of the bottle” wine. It’s great for cooking.
