Thank God for you and this recipe Ms. Noreen! I had planned ahead to cook one of my favorite soups Caldo de Res and had 8 nice meaty soup bones that I cooked the night before. To my surprise, as I warmed up the pot with the meat as I stirred the pot I noticed alot of the meat was gone! My husband and 2 boys had demolished the meat in the pot! That was supposed to be tonight's dinner. So, I go scrambling on youtube looking for a recipe for brisket cause I had a rock hard frozen one in my deep freezer and a ton of fresh veggies that I just cut up to put in the soup. Thank the Lord that I find this recipe. It saved me and rescued dinner for tonight. This was just what I needed as well as a lock on the fridge! Lol.

Love it,,, Am planning veggie soup, using leftover chuck roast… I will probably add about a half a head of cabbage, and ,ore broth…to accommodate the cabbage.

I LOVE using Mason jars for just about everything…Storage, drinking, portioning, etc…

Thanks.. You are always the one I turn to for workable meals… I live alone, and like to prepare meals that can easily be frozen pm in small portions…

    ❤️❤️😎👍

Noreen this looks just like my mom's homemade beef vegetable soup. The only difference is she added Brussel sprouts too. I don't normally care for them, but being inthe soup & getting all other wonderful flavors, I didn't mind them. Great series!
