Many commenters say this is in the instructions on the container. It's not on all of them. Another tip is if you use it straight from the container, warm it slightly in the microwave for a few seconds and it will spread easier.

I just took one can of Duncan Hines cream cheese frosting and put it in a big bowl with one table spoon of margarine and 1/2 cup of icing sugar and one tea spoon of milk then whipped it up it was the best ,I frosted a two layer cake and had a small bowl of frosting to put in the fridge 🎂😀
