Quick question, why would you want to season the potatoes before squeezing out the liquid. Wouldn't it make more sense to season the potatoes after you squeeze out the liquid since your losing seasoning?

For me, that's about 10 ingredients shy of a muesli. Maybe nice, but it's an oat cereal topped with almonds and blackberries. If it's muesli, I want the oats and maybe wheat flakes, mixed with a variety of fruit and nuts, like raisins, sultanas, dates, apricot, and hazelnuts and sliced brazil nuts as well as almonds. Otherwise just call it dressed, raw porridge. For me, a couple of slugs of apple juice doesn't add enough sweetness, either.
