I usually make my sausage stir fry a cajun style with mushrooms, brusclesprouts, bell pepper, onion, carrot, broccoli, zucchini, squash, and any other veggies I have laying around, then my secret mix of cajun seasoning oh and I use hot sauce and soy sauce to crispen everything up at the very end

I use green onion sausage after the sausage is cooked I sometimes add about a half of cup of bq sauce. Coat well then I add the onions and bells. Makes a good poboy sandwich.

Wow, I just made this for my husband and son. (unfortunately due to my health I am in liquids only). They loved it! And I don't normally get envious of what I make them….but it smelled so good. It was not only easy to make, its inexpensive, and quick!!! Thank you.

Eitan? How old are you?! You look 14, but you’re probably 20-21. I’ve been studying and practicing the art of cooking for 15 years. I’d never take recipes from a guy your age! Then I decided to try your penne ala vodka and BOOM!! Just a young guy with a passion!! Keep it up, buddy!!! This recipe was great too. What do you think? A 5th ingredient to deglaze, white wine??

Could you go over vegetable pairings for us? I'd love to do a sheet pan sausage meal but I'd like to change up the veggies I use each time. I'm not only looking for color ("no color / no flavor"), but I'm also looking to roast veggies that pair well with each other and that I can put some polish sausage with… HELP!!
