    maida/white flour is a by product of wheat. its basically stripped of all nutrients and fiber hence why its called white flour… durum wheat is also another by product of wheat. durum wheat does NOT mean its healthy. if you want pasta to be healthy then it should say durum whole wheat or 100% whole wheat or multigrain pasta. please do some research. durum wheat is closer to maida than it is to atta…
