Hi Darlene, I am really interested in making the Japanese Chicken Marinade. I know you wrote the recipe above, I just want to please verify that it is 2 "Tablespoons" of sesame oil. Thank you in advance. 🙂

I see Springtime & Clementines hand soap on your sink. Don't you think it smells like Juicy Fruit gum ??? Love it 🙂 I need to marinate my chicken ahead of time and freeze. It would be so much easier.

We usually buy big packs of chicken breasts at Sam's Club and I do a similar thing when I break the package down for freezing. We made a chicken fajita blend (just one where I looked in the spice cabinet and said "that looks good") that I cooked a couple of nights ago and it was so delicious! I love marinading the chicken before it goes into the freezer because it seems like the chicken really takes the flavor well. We've tried to marinade it after we've frozen unseasoned chicken, then thawed it, but the flavor is so much better and really seems to get down into the chicken when we do it the way you've shown. Thanks for sharing, Darlene!
