Noodles are totally in my wheelhouse but I stopped buying the ramen noodles with the flavor packets because they are usually so suspect (the packets, that is). But it looks like everybody just throws the packets away. Soba noodles I do keep stocked and are easy- they cook almost before you can even turn around. So that's what I have been using for my tofu veggie noodle slurpy bowls. I wish you could get curly soba noodles because they would be even more fun!

Hi I love your channel. I would love to buy your products but soooo much sodium & in most cases potassium too and because of that I unfortunately has to lose out . Fortunately I will definitely benefit from your delicious mouth watering recipes. Thanks!!!

Stunning location, nothing better than going for a long walk with your fur baby. Great video as always, hadn’t thought of adding shredded lettuce to my Asian soup, will have to try.

Ooo that soup looks warming. It’s been raining where I am daily which is annoying after getting a few nice warm days. This soup would be nice tonight.

And thanks for taking us on a walk with Frankie. She’s so cute 😊

Looks amazing. Beautiful place to live. Growing up in Massachusetts I walked everywhere, but since moving to Texas 45 years ago I've had to drive because one, you get heat stroke and two traffic is horrible. Whenever we get cooler weather then I drive to a park so I can walk. Thanks for sharing all.

Enough of this "high protein" craze already! Our protein requirements are only 3-10% of calories from protein. This is easily achieved from a variety of plants. For example, rice and potatoes are both about 10%, which is just right. Beans, legumes, tofu, tempeh, etc. are around 30-40% so they should be eaten in moderation. Certainly the worst damaging protein healthwise is animal protein, but even plant protein in excess will cause things like kidney problems due to the load put on them as they work overtime to get rid of the excess protein. We evolved eating plants so our bodies are optimized to thrive off the amount of protein found in plants.
