I live in London and all my neighbours are from the Carribean. I was born in Scotland and I keep thinking I hear a bit of Scots in your accent as you sound pretty much like my neighbours but with an extra Something!?
Gorgeous colours in this dish. Doctors are always saying that the more colourful and varied the vegetables you eat are, the healthier both you and your gut microbiome is going to be! I am going to try this because I think I can get everything needed in the Carribean shop round the corner from my flat. Thanks!

I'm not sure if you're aware but when you keep saying "I'm going to go in…." repeatedly, sentence after sentence, you start to sound irritating. Nice recipe though, look forward to trying it.

this turned out really good! I didn't have Caribbean browning so I just melted down some brown sugar. You really need something for the signature sweetness. Also the first time I didn't respect the scotch bonnet pepper lol it's no joke, 1/4 is more than enough. Soy sauce and sesame oil were also a great addition. I put some matouk's west indian hot sauce in at the end to add some more flavours. Definitely now one of my go to recipes
