This Michigan girl loves her some liver mush or liver puddin with grits and a over medium egg with some toast. In fact I have some liver puddin in the freezer. I know have to make me some, but first buy some grits I am out at the moment. Ohhh grits with lots of butter and cheddar cheese. Yes mam that’s some good eating!!!!!

I’m southern but I have never had liver mush. Can you tell me something that it taste like please.
I see a lot of people on you tube eating it so I’m just curious. Everything looks delicious! TFS!

All the recipes look amazing 🙂 I grew up in Gastonia, NC. I know all about livermush – haven't had livermush since I was little and it had to have burnt edges lol livermush and cheesy grits is where it's at!

Those are wonderful simple recipe ideas for vacation! I will have to say I have never heard of livermush. I am from north Alabama and I thought I was as southern as you get! Learned something new today!

Everything looked so good. we camp with lots of family and friends. just returned from the Smokies. we had 15 families lol. we did some group meals. we were there 13 days. also do poppers. our son adds sausage and bbq rub in the cream cheese. wraps in bacon..at the end bushes bbq sauce on them. they are amazing. with our left over taco meat, pork or chicken we will cook eggs the next morning and have wraps or queso. I also make about 4 skillets of spoon camp biscuits. flour, stick of grated butter, milk.spoon in the skillet full of melted butter and some veg. oil..big hit at camp lol. I'm going to make your taco chicken on our next trip for sure. Thanks..

Hi Jen! Everything looked yummy! Up here in Cincinnati we have something equivalent to Liver Mush. Up here it is called Goetta. (Get-uh). So good. Actually going to Goettafest up here this coming weekend. So good. So many different ways to make it. goetta pizza, Goetta balls, Goetta tacos -the skies the limit! Hoping your weather cleared up! Happy camping!
