Your puddings look great! Now I'm hungry lol 😂. The only pudding I've ever made in my instant pot is fudge, apart from that I haven't been very experimental!
Fudge was amazing though but that's on slow cooker function not pressure cook xx

This was great. Have you ever tried Scottish Tablet – it is basically condensed milk too and sooo delicious, and easy to make. DEsserts are important I learned from my dietician. Semolina is nice, can you instant pot that?? 😁You are looking like things are becoming easier post-birth, not that you werent always looking awesome, just a little calm air is descending on you I suspect. xx
