Everyone who comments about washing meat…I want to know how you wash your hamburger????? That's right. You can't. And that's a nasty meat. So you can go on with that foolishness.

If you boil the chicken first, then you have the added bonus of having the broth to cook the rice in. And actually you don’t have to separately cook the rice, put it in the bottom of the pan, place the cut up raw chicken and veggies on top next mix your soup and proper ratio of water and seasonings in a bowl, mix til the soup is blended well with the water, pour over rice, chicken and veggies, cover with foil and bake until all is cooked and sauce is thickened. Make sure you have the proper ratio of water to cook the rice properly, I always add a little less water if I’m using canned soup, tomato sauce, salsa, or any other type of liquids.

Thank you so much for your helpful content. I will make everything in this video for my next week’s meal prep. I plan to make individual pot pies in a muffin tin and freeze for grab and go lunches. Not to be disagreeable but I remain respectfully on #TeamWashThatMeat. I am a STEM graduate and fully know and understand on a cerebral basis that cooking temps are enough to kill any “littel beesties” , but I persist in washing my meats in vinegar and kosher salt simply because it’s just how I was taught. Again, thanks for sharing your expertise and much love to your little helper 😉

New to your channel and subscriber. These all look great and I gotta say I got the biggest smile when I saw you wearing/tending to you adorable lil one. My girls are 21 + 25. We didn't have those wrap things back then that I'm aware of. We did everything one handed and had one arm looking like Popeye (from the baby) and Bugs Bunny on the other 😂😜😂 thank you for you great recipes, can't wait to try some of them. Blessings to you and yours in this new year
