I needed 3 racks in a hurry! Worked like a charm! 1/2βd, wrapβd, spiced Ε fired on the grill. Better than open slow roasting with basting. You might try SLO-CookΕ with brown sug. Ε apple sauce; bbq sauc Ε fire. You wonβt be disappointed, just make sure you get them tender before they go to long &fall to pieces.Thank,manππ»
