    Dr. Greger, I would love to find out more about healing from Microscopic Colitis as I and 2 siblings all suffer from it. It seems as though most beans and lentils trigger flares for us as do onion, cabbage & broccoli 😥 . (Weirdly chickpeas and navy beans seem safe as do red lentils, curious about the science behind that; will probably never know!)

    As you don't show graphs or anything else that people may want to look at, I have potential solutions for the seasick people so you can still walk on your treadmill while answering these questions:

    1. Don't watch it! Just listen to it.

    2. If you need to read the questions, scroll up until only the questions are showing.

    Can't be keeping the good doctor from his exercise! 😁
