Joanie! I LOVE pumpkin pie! It's my favorite, especially when made from home grown pumpkins!. Now you have shared an idea that I never thought of. Pumpkin AND Chocolate? I can see how that would work. I've been a fan of a combo pumpkin/mincemeat pie for years. MIncemeat on the bottom, pumpkin on top. Now…it might have to be pumpkin/chocolate pie. OMG…a pumpkin/mincemeat/chocolate pie!!!! Could it be? Can there be too many flavors in one pie? I don't think so. Let me know!!
