What a very festive fall recipe! I'm all for anything pumpkin and anything cheesecake! Using the laughing cow cheese as cream cheese is very interesting! Laughing cow is a huge part of my childhood, so that's really creative. I can't say no to that! Loved the recipe, can't wait to see more!
