Tried this with Chinese Gai Lan and the results were great. Soft leaves and the stalks were crunchy and nice. great color too.

1 min low pressure = overdone mush. Becareful!!
So in that instance, where you are having brocc and potatoes, do you have to put your oven on warm setting to keep food warm till you've cooked each thing separately? Just something for me to consider bf purchasing… thanks.
I made the mistake at setting frozen broccoli at 4 minutes. it was mush 😒
I own 3 instantpots! Lol! Of course my daughter in college has one so I just have 2 at home .😊 Your broccoli is beautiful! I cook mine at 0 min too! Yum!
