    Try frying chicken skin they are the best chips ever they taste better than potato chips I go to my local butcher and I buy the chicken skin for 99 cents a pound and they are to die for and it's all protein try it….

    The 5 hrs in the oven could have been avoided by letting them cook longer from the beginning.
    And
    No dehydration needed.
    Also
    You could have deep fried them after a short amount of time in the oven (That's what makes chips so delicious)
