Do the lemon one again, but use zest instead. Maybe even cook it in some sugar. It's not healthy but might hit that pina colada part.
This is not it. You lost me at casein protein and greek yogurt…
Not “healthy” with all that dairy
hi, these are great but the description on banana bread says 50 g and not 30g. just letting u know!
Those recipes are awesome, tried the carrot and apple one already.
On a side note, your recipe in the discription might be a little bit wrong. In the video you said for the banana one that you add 30g of oat but in the discription your wrote 50g.
You also forgot to write the water amount, I was confused when I first tried to make it because it was so sticky, then I rewatched the video and noticed that you added water xD
I use whey protein for these just because I like the flavor better. If you reduce the amount of water it turns out fine.
You are using Micellar Casein there. Its 80 % Casein and 20 % Whey Protein. Only when its Calcium-caseinat its 100% Casein. Maybe you didn't know that 🙂
How long does it keep in the fridge?
Is it possible to meal prep these recipes?
Whey works just fine all you have to do is add just a little water (like you would for protein sludge – PB).
Loved the apple pie version. The video you say 150g apple sauce but the list at the end only has 100g. Is the 150g correct?
If anyone's been searching for a way to make it keto, try substituting 50g of oatmeal for 3tbsp of flaxseeds and 3tbsp of hemp seeds. It's like eating frosting almost
I tried the recipe but the finished product came out with a strong artificial sugar taste, kind of strange as I did not add any artificial sweeteners. Anyone have any idea what went wrong? I tried the banana bread recipe but added 13g PB2 instead of walnuts.
Congrats on the sponsorship, dude. You deserve it for making such useful videos.
i made the Apple pie overnight oats.
this recipe is my new favorite breakfast 🙂
Great video! Which macro counter do you use? (The one show in your videos when you show macros.)
You are my favourite cooking channel because you show the macros breakdown for all the ingredients, making it easier for me to swap things if necessary. Plus the overnight oats is the best oats recipe I've had and I have been eating that every day for the past month. Thank you so much!
these receipes are amazing been eating the overnight oats for almost a month now, i live in australia so i been using a brand call pure product australia micellar casein chocolate. Gonna try the avo choc receipe next week, instead of using greek joghout i might sub that with skyr yoghurt
Great channel mate, keep it up cheers
Damn the pina colada oats looks great. Would've never thought of that combination. Thanks!
Ah, shit. I was looking for protein overnight oats that are healthy and taste like DESERT. Still no luck.
Stupid, appearing so pretentiously health conscious – but then proceeds to suggest a synthetic sweetener likely made from aspartame or other brain damaging ingredients.. Lol ffs this Liberal class of nitwit Dimwits
Pina colada you add lemon peel not the juice. Silly
I don't normally post on videos, but I have to say thank you for the videos you make. You've completely changed the way I look at making food, I'm healthier and happier because of it. Thank you!
I'm so glad i clicked on this because of that Whey vs Casein powder mix tip alone
I've been using a Fruit Cereal Flavored Whey with Non Fat Greek Yogurt with Instant Oats. I put them in my food processor. Sometimes I may add a few sliced strawberries. If I want it sweeter, I usually just add some Stevia. I love it. Sometimes I may omit the oats and put some lower calorie cereal with it. Such as Bran Flakes. it gives it a crunch. Obviously, I put the cereal in at the end. I make it in the morning. Perhaps I'll let it overnight to see how the flavor infuses
Hey Felu. You only mention Carbs in your macros. Is it possible to add "of which Sugars" in the next videos? Thanks 🙂
Those bowls are cool.
What are they called?
couldn't you add xanthan/guar gum if using whey to get the thickness
Wow! Another amazing episode.
Btw the ingredients for the last one still says 50g oats 😊
You could keep the fat content by using a high fat cheese. The thing with cheese is it inhibits fat absorption, and I never gain weight when I eat cheese in a day… And I've used to to lose weight. Check the stats for countries that eat full fat dairy, they always have lower rates of obesity and overweight, amongst positive things!
YOU'RE PRONOUNCING CASEIN DIFFERENTLY NOW
Keep up the great videos. 😀. I am German too btw 😉
I'll probably add some sugar free chocolate chips and maybe some low calorie crushed up cookies in the Apple Pie one 😋
Have you ever tried cream of rice? I'm tired of oats and was curious to try it but it requires some time on the stove
I love the organization and straight forwardness of your information, thank you for doing what you're doing. I work outside for a living and wouldn't mind seeing some nice lunch ideas that I can bring in my cooler????
Any recommendations with chocolate casein instead?
these all look amazing!! thank you for sharing! I already have all of these ingredients so it'll be easy and fun to make 😀
Thank You! Felu-
Is there any chance to skip the vanilla extract and add 5 more gram of casein for the banana oat?
I love overnight oats 😍 I have a similar recipe but I use Whey Isolate and Magerquark… btw. seems like you generally prefer Greek Jogurt, is there a reason why?
The body can't absorb more than 20-30 grams of protein per serving, you pee the rest out. Don't waste your money on supplements.
Dear Felu, is there any flavored whey isolate or casein that has no sweeteners or isn’t as sweet as most whey powders?
I’m honest here: I would love to use whey, but gosh, it’s so sweet I can barely eat it.
Would totally appreciate if you knew any. (Or if someone in the comments knows about a good isolate, please let me know. Thank you! 💝)
I wish my stomach tolerated anything other than Whey, the caseine version looks so good! Definitely gonna try the carrot and apple one soon, thank you for this! Always appreciate more breakfast options, especially sweet ones since I can make them as a dessert if I want to hahah
