Those recipes are awesome, tried the carrot and apple one already.
On a side note, your recipe in the discription might be a little bit wrong. In the video you said for the banana one that you add 30g of oat but in the discription your wrote 50g.
You also forgot to write the water amount, I was confused when I first tried to make it because it was so sticky, then I rewatched the video and noticed that you added water xD

I tried the recipe but the finished product came out with a strong artificial sugar taste, kind of strange as I did not add any artificial sweeteners. Anyone have any idea what went wrong? I tried the banana bread recipe but added 13g PB2 instead of walnuts.

You are my favourite cooking channel because you show the macros breakdown for all the ingredients, making it easier for me to swap things if necessary. Plus the overnight oats is the best oats recipe I've had and I have been eating that every day for the past month. Thank you so much!

I've been using a Fruit Cereal Flavored Whey with Non Fat Greek Yogurt with Instant Oats. I put them in my food processor. Sometimes I may add a few sliced strawberries. If I want it sweeter, I usually just add some Stevia. I love it. Sometimes I may omit the oats and put some lower calorie cereal with it. Such as Bran Flakes. it gives it a crunch. Obviously, I put the cereal in at the end. I make it in the morning. Perhaps I'll let it overnight to see how the flavor infuses

You could keep the fat content by using a high fat cheese. The thing with cheese is it inhibits fat absorption, and I never gain weight when I eat cheese in a day… And I've used to to lose weight. Check the stats for countries that eat full fat dairy, they always have lower rates of obesity and overweight, amongst positive things!

I love overnight oats 😍 I have a similar recipe but I use Whey Isolate and Magerquark… btw. seems like you generally prefer Greek Jogurt, is there a reason why?

Dear Felu, is there any flavored whey isolate or casein that has no sweeteners or isn’t as sweet as most whey powders?
I’m honest here: I would love to use whey, but gosh, it’s so sweet I can barely eat it.

Would totally appreciate if you knew any. (Or if someone in the comments knows about a good isolate, please let me know. Thank you! 💝)

I wish my stomach tolerated anything other than Whey, the caseine version looks so good! Definitely gonna try the carrot and apple one soon, thank you for this! Always appreciate more breakfast options, especially sweet ones since I can make them as a dessert if I want to hahah
