My instant ramen are 100% better. I soy-pickle my eggs and bamboo shoots, sometimes I make delicious chashu (best thing ever) or chicken katsu, or steak with yakiniku sauce (trust me) and I add spring onions, corn, either bok choi or cabbage, and La yu chilli oil and sesame oil for flavouring.

If learning how to use chopsticks: Your local hibachi cook will absolutely make you the kiddie chopsticks. They will mock you while they do it, but they will do it. If your local Chinese place uses the red packet chopsticks, there are instructions on the back.

I love you're videos, they started popping up after watching a lot of uncle roger. As a sushi chef with only a few years of experience I wish I could ask so some career advice.

Well my uninformed guess is that she used ramen noodles from an instant ramen pack which is why she prepared them off screen.

My 30 cents a package instant ramen noodle soup looks better than that mess. And yes I do doctor my ramen noodles to include some vegetables and additional flavorings like sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, egg, etc. I agree with Uncle Roger. This woman's white powder is not Uncle Roger's white powder. Her version looks like it's Food for People Damned by the Gods. I like daikon and I like red radishes. I would never insult a Ramen soup by throwing red radishes into it. Her noodles look anemic. Why punish your hot soup by pouring it onto cold noodles in a cold bowl?
