I bought the single probe version via Amazon because I was unclear if it was worth it. It’s working out but I’m rethinking my choice since everyone I cook for likes different meat temperatures. That’s why the instant temp probe works well.

Got our daughter the electric Blackstone for her patio/deck. She didn't want to mess with propane. We got the stand and bought a big cover. The cover that is designed for it is tiny and barely covers the grill. We got a bigger Blackstone cover so it is long and covers the stand too. Snuggled it in place with a bungee cord.

That is the air fryer I have and I LOVE it. And the Sous Vide is amazing! Made the most fabulous pork tenderloin. So juicy and tender! I don't drink Keto Chow either. Ice cream and cheesecake LOL
