Just tried this, added shallots, mushrooms, peas, chicken and the rice, it was absolutely lovely. First thing I've ever made in my PKP. It's been in its box for a year! I will be using it a lot more from now on.

I made this recipe following the video and it was one of our favourites. I think it helps to follow a recipe when you see someone else make it. You were right about the soy sauce. 😊 xx

love the recipe and your robe 😉 I got my pressure king yesterday and I think I will start of with the chicken recipe, I am also interested in the steamer function as we have a lot of fans of bapao over here, so I am going to look into that as well keep up the cooking and greetings from slytherin house 😉

Well done Sammie, just done it in my PKP 5L reduced quantities for I person (by a 1/3) and was a very large meal. Absolutely great I added some chopped spring onions early on. Keep 'em coming.

Brilliant thank you. I have tried chicken and rice twice now (not this recipe) and have had a soggy stodgy mess each time. I am going to follow this video to the letter and try again. Thank you so much Sammiie 💕🤣👌👌
