I am sooo with you on this pressure cooker business Rick, what would we "chefs of the world" do without them! I use my Ninja foodi and my Instant Pot every single day for every single meal! Hope you and your family are ok and didn't get affected by that flooding that was dumped on the eastern seaboard 2 days ago!!

That's a good deal on your pressure cooker. I like Rana pasta too. Looks good Rick. Ouch that had to hurt. WHen I burn myself I put toothpaste on and let it set for about 10 minutes and it takes the sting out then rinse it and put aloe on till it heals. I have a big aloe plant.

Work sucks, I wish someone would tell them that in advance. My favorite is Chilli Cheese Burritos at Taco Bell!
work allows you yo live. I have so much to learn. I love your Grandfather clocks. That is meaningful to me.

Rick is the lid heavy on that pressure cooker like the lid is on the foodi? I'm about ready to give in and get a pressure cooker because I can saute in it but I can't handle a really heavy lid like on the Ninja.

Okay, I love tacos and tortellini, Rick. I think you have me hooked before I even watch your cooking! Rana brand pasta is delicious. Oh yes, fiesta blend cheese ~ always tasty. Load it on! Green onion touches it off. Beautiful plated supper, Rick. Wow. I could eat 2 plateloads. Thanks for sharing!
