Great way to cook sweet potatoes, Rick! They are so dense and take so long to cook in the oven. Your Sweet Potato Mash looks really good. I usually make candied yams or sweet potatoes from a can, but this looks like a great way to use fresh sweet potatoes. Thanks for the recipe, Rick!

I SO much prefer fresh sweet potatoes to the canned. This was a great way to prepare them Rick!! Another great use for my Pressure cooker!
