Hmm. I never thought of making pho or pho ga in a pressure cooker. 🍜 It's usually something I make over an entire weekend in a giant vat, OR I make a really simple (soup) version for dinner that takes about 10 minutes. (Beef broth, spices, soy, oyster sauce, fish sauce, tom yum paste, mirin, msg, garlic, etc, etc, or any combo simmer 10 minutes and mix with ramen noodles) What you have here is a great in-between recipe!! (20 mins) ☺😋 tyvm
