I just purchased the Elite Bistro 4 quart from HSN. I have only tried using it once, made cauliflower in it. It turned to mush! I had to throw it out! I followed the instructions in their recipe booklet, which showed to select the soup setting. I haven't used it since! But it was only a couple of weeks ago; so I will give it another try with one of your recipes! Thanks so much for posting. I refuse to give up!

I do like that button for the release of pressure! I would have added pasta for sure! We eat a lot of it in my house. Just dawned on me while watching that you didn't put any onions in…lol

Oh my gawd, I want pizza chicken now, but we haven't been grocery shopping, so there's literally no meat in the house, in fact I have two stupid chicken pot pies from Marie Calandars in the oven, cause that's all we've got, well except for a pound of frozen shrimp which I can't eat "allergic" but my husband loves it. Have you ever cooked shrimp in the 2 quart, let me know if you have any ideas for it, maybe I'll surprise him one of these nights with dinner just for him. I was thinking that cheesy saucy, chicken mixture would be delicious spread on some crispy bread. Thanks for sharing … yum yum yum, eat it up.
