I'm 60 yrs old. I'm an avid watcher of Mr. Willet. He's given me some ideas on cooking. I use my crockpot place some chicken breasts and instead of water I use broth (1/2 cup), carrots (baby carrots) potatoes, celery, onion for about 3 hours and I add chicken flavored rice (occasionally) stirring throughout to make sure the rice cooks thoroughly. The meat is supper tender and so are the vegetables. I also add seasons on the chicken when placing into the crockpot. It's a satisfying meal or meals. Thanks Featureman.

You can use some Knorr bouillon to improve chicken flavor on that soup broth. Also you can add zuchinni goes great with that mix of veggies. Those powders have sodium so you want to go easy on them.
