Hi Amy, thanks for sharing your recipe. This looks delicious! I have just recently "dusted off" my 30-year old Lagostina stovetop pressure cooker. I hadn't used it pressurized more than twice, but now I am loving it. Can you please tell me approximately how long it took for your cooker to cook this recipe? I will have to use a timer for mine. Thanks again.
