This looks good but doesn't the evap milk add too much sweetness? Also, I would combine the parmesan and breadcrumbs, then brown under the broiler. It will make a sticky crust that spreads out.

I've already made this and it is delicious. I used brown rice noodles for a gluten free version and it came out perfect. This is the only version I make now. Great recipe!
