    Thanks Chief. Was very easy, my first time Pressure use.

    I could taste the mustard tone. Maybe ill add less. And youre correct about adding at least a certain amount of Sharp Cheddar.

    not sure if the video mentioned but it is a MUST to use elbow mac. if you use the shells the water doesn't absorb as well during the pressure cooking and it's too watery.

    So I'm curious – I'm a pressure cooker newby & just got one today so I'm scouting something to make tonight for dinner. Did you start your 4 minutes of time from when the pressure cooker came "up to pressure" or from when you locked on the lid?
