Cooking a Ham Steak in a Cuisinart Digital Pressure Cooker. Along with Potatoes and Green Beans. And some corn bread. It Was Really Good!
Literally dump and go and ten minutes later you've got a good tasting meal. I used a cup of chicken broth and a coup of beef broth and some garlic, minced onion and that was it.
I still watch this video every time I make this meal. Very good
Good job fellow wegmans shopper
๐จ๐ข๐ข๐ข๐ข๐ข๐ข๐ขI am so hungry look very good๐
looks good. ive been in the mood for corned beef. started looking for that already.
i would substitute broth for water, it adds so much more flavor. i am sure you water method is very good, but i bet the broth would make it a cherry on the top kind of thing. try it some time
Ok so this is totally an East Coast thing … my mom always did ham, potatoes and green beans, they were delicious. I did it recently here in California and everyone thought I was nuts … hmmm, they don't know what's good for them. I use vegetable broth or chicken broth instead of water, then lots of fresh cracked black pepper and a little fresh garlic and some sliced up onions. YUM
Question Please. Do you think Red Potatoes will cook as good as the ones you used? I love it. Thank You!!!
you seem a bit cross
Did you use fully cooked ham in this
Hi Rick. Thank you for posting this video. This recipe looks good. Going to try it this weekend.โบ
this looks like cured ham. i have raw pork, boneless with more fat. its beige, not pink. its raw. o well.
ever add sauer kraut? canbage?
add peach juice and peaches, trust me.
It looks ghastly.
looking good Rick, thanks for sharing….
Oh yeah that looks great!
I happened upon your video because I needed to figure out the time to cook my fresh green beans in the pressure cooker. Your recipes are always really good, down home style…and easy! Thanks for taking the time to make and share your videos. You make my life easier and always make me smile!
Outstanding ๐
Made this for Sunday Dinner…another hit! Was shocked that my 2 year old went for his meat and veggies first! Like previous poster, I added half chicken broth, 1 large onion and black pepper. Results were unbelievable. Thanks for sharing!
I am making this with carrots, onions, potatoes an ham ๐ 10 minutes sounds right to me too ๐
Thank you! I wanted to make some ham, potatoes and green beans last night, but didn't want to have to take the time to cook it on the stove. I have a Instant Pot pressure cooker, but I had no idea what time to set it at for this, as the ham was a pre-cooked steak like yours. Wha-la, found your video! I added an onion cut into large chucks and used some chicken broth for 1/2 the liquid. Peppered it up, and it was delicious! Like growing up in Pennsylvania. Yum!
I make this dish the same way, except I use chicken broth instead of water. So good. I love my pressure cooker. ๐
I cooked this tonight for supper and was delicious. Used 1/3 of each for one serving. Added some baby carrots and poured little 57 Sauce over, YUM !!
Another ingredient you might want to consider is carrots cut in one inch slices……. ham, cabbage, potatoes and carrots.ย I think allowing guests to add their own salt,ย pepper later is the best route to take.
Have to get me one those . That looks good
Do you ever add seasonings salt, pepper etc? If so is it best to do after cooking? I didn't know if PC cooking changes the way spices are absorbed or something.
I look forward to making this, may add some onions, bacon work?
That's great the potato cooked in 10 min. ย
Looks delicious Rick great job
