Literally dump and go and ten minutes later you've got a good tasting meal. I used a cup of chicken broth and a coup of beef broth and some garlic, minced onion and that was it.

Ok so this is totally an East Coast thing … my mom always did ham, potatoes and green beans, they were delicious. I did it recently here in California and everyone thought I was nuts … hmmm, they don't know what's good for them. I use vegetable broth or chicken broth instead of water, then lots of fresh cracked black pepper and a little fresh garlic and some sliced up onions. YUM

Made this for Sunday Dinner…another hit! Was shocked that my 2 year old went for his meat and veggies first! Like previous poster, I added half chicken broth, 1 large onion and black pepper. Results were unbelievable. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you! I wanted to make some ham, potatoes and green beans last night, but didn't want to have to take the time to cook it on the stove. I have a Instant Pot pressure cooker, but I had no idea what time to set it at for this, as the ham was a pre-cooked steak like yours. Wha-la, found your video! I added an onion cut into large chucks and used some chicken broth for 1/2 the liquid. Peppered it up, and it was delicious! Like growing up in Pennsylvania. Yum!

Another ingredient you might want to consider is carrots cut in one inch slices……. ham, cabbage, potatoes and carrots.ย  I think allowing guests to add their own salt,ย  pepper later is the best route to take.

Do you ever add seasonings salt, pepper etc? If so is it best to do after cooking? I didn't know if PC cooking changes the way spices are absorbed or something.
I look forward to making this, may add some onions, bacon work?
