Three hours! That's a LOT.. I usually do 1 -1.5. Maybe I'll increase the time and see what happens.

I added duck feet to my pressure cooker along with my bones. Gelatin was almost impossible to drink. I had to keep adding water and more and more and more just a thin it out. I did de-fat it twice
