This stew turned out so good and is so simple to make. Very clean flavors and no special spices needed to make.

Why is it that every one who uses this pro pressure cooker to cook beef stew comes out like soup, then they add corn starch etc to thicken it?
Uuugh! I don't like the look of it. Use less stock to avoid it getting runny.
Good job and great tutorial but I will prefer the stew thickened when it was cooked from the start though.

Love this pressure cooker!>>>ur2.pl/1035 I made Thai curry with chicken in 30 min and steamed rice in 6! I was a bit apprehensive as this is my first time using anything like this but getting started was pretty simple. It is important to follow instructions and "season" the seal. This would be a great gift for busy moms or really anyone who needs great food, super fast. I got this during prime day but will look for another deal around the holidays.

Your stew look wonderful…the only thing I will add to this is a couple of Bay leafs while cooking to add more flavor….otherwise, this is a great recipe….Thanks for sharing!!! Oh, also a can of peas…lol.

would of liked to see her wash her hands after handling the beef. hummmmm looks good but won't eat as she never shows that she washes her hands while handling food. at least wear gloves when handling raw meat.

If you use this formula you will never go wrong 1/2 cup of flour and a 1/2 stick of butter for every quart of liquid. I use beef stock not broth but this can be used for gravy as well chicken , beef , or turkey. Melt the butter be sure not to burn it then add the flour and mix. add this to the stew and stir until disolved. never get lumps using butter

No need for the slurry if you coat the beef better. I make this ALL THE TIME with deer meat… coat the beef with flour that's seasoned good, dump your meat in a bag with the flour… I personally prefer a few tomatoes in mine. But overall, good video!
