Looks amazing! Is that a Power Pressure Cooker??? Not an Instant Pot? I bought the Power Pressure Cooker from Sams and it didn't hardly work; took like an hour and a half to make a reasonably tender pot Roast. I returned it and bought an Instant Pot and I can get fork tender beef in 45 minutes. Who knows…
