Note: I missed a video clip here.. at about 4:30 I'm saying "ok, it's been 10 minutes" .. after I turned down the heat, it took prob 35 minutes for the PSI to hit 0. At that point, I removed the weight – then waited 10 minutes. 🙂

Canned hamburger meat for the first time tonight, but, 2 jars , bottoms blew out in canner. Had only 7 jars in 23 qt canner ,not even half a load. Any suggestions or advice.
