    Wonderful information! I listened while on the treadmill in my sunroom. I hope being surrounded by plants helps. I do walk outside as well. Just not as often since I started rolling my ankles causing me to fall. I can get 4 miles in an hour ( or hour and 2 mins) on the treadmill. Outside takes longer, more like 17 minutes for a mile. I am also trying to run a bit. Luckily I have always loved to move. As a child I would run everywhere, just running to run, even in high school. I was sad my school did not have a girls track team.
