How do you get you DHA and Omega 3s? I use flax meal, but my doc says only meat / fish gives me enough. I know there are supplements, but any good foods?

I thought it was hilarious when you mentioned leaving out the dill. Dill is the one flavor I just hate. Thumbs up for a quality pun as well.
Nutritional Yeast is great stuff, but I think it would be more popular with better marketing. Unless someone is used to using yeast for baking, when I mention using Nutritional Yeast, they always scrunch their nose at me and don't even want to try.
