We also stock both dried corn & popcorn. The dried corn and be ground for cornmeal, feed to animals (if needed) or soaked and cooked. I've ground the popcorn for cornmeal as well, just a slight taste difference, and of course.

This helps a lot! I know you deal with humidity and wet weather. I'm the opposite up here in Midwest, low humidity (unless storms coming), and triple digits most of the year.
Great idea putting Knorr and pasta in drawers. My cats love the kinkle sound and tear into them when they sneak into pantry, ugh!
Any idea of storage life on white vinegar and bleach? I heard bleach is only 6 months.
Final question, can I still plant established veggie plants now for fall harvest? Our frost is late Nov-Dec. I have a greenhouse I can use for predator control and planned to put down a tarp on the ground below containers. Just the basics and heat tolerate veggies.

I keep cans of Brunswick stew and packs of the Idahoan 4 cheese potatoes. Cake and brownie mix, canned cat food, jars of crackers, cereal and cream of wheat. Pudding, jello, Hersheys kisses and M&Ms. Yall have a awesome pantry and a nice stockpile.

Jealous of your counter space. Had plenty before storm & pantry. Now just a few drawers & a few feet of cabinets but glad I’ve got a place! Want that soup mix recipe. I have all the same brands!! Identical 😂

We prepare for the Base Line. Then we prepare for local common emergencies, then the less likely. After that we prep for national events and then global events.
I have three years' worth for the two of us here in Idaho. We have at the CA house at least two years for four people.
If I stick to my diet we can extend another two or three months.
