    I have a question please someone help!!! I’ve noticed a lot of videos of ppl adding the entire garlic head and I’ve never done that, will the outer coating shed inside of the soup? Or does it stay together and easy to remove ?

    Loved the concept. Love Pozole. I've done boiled chicken and can't do it. The flavor and texture is not a preference. So I roast it instead. I love that pot you used. I try to incorporate authentic cooking pieces into my cooking. I actually have those same Asian bowls for Pho.
