How exactly do I make yogurt here? I prefer boiling my milk separately, and then adding the culture. What do I do after that? Affter I press yogurt, and adjust the timer, it goes on a "heat" mode and the milk gets super heated, rather than the timer getting started. How exactly do I make yogurt?

At last my PQP has finally arrived! Ok now for my question…I'm going to try making for the first time sous vide egg bites on the PQP. Have you made sous vide egg bites and for how long do I set the timer? 🤷🏻‍♀️
Thanks in advance for your help👩🏻
P.S Ok…Update my sous vide egg bites did not result😒
First hour at 140°F on Med watery. Tried the second time. In the end after 2 hrs I had to discard the egg mixture. It had separated and formed a glob on top.🤦🏻‍♀️

Please Power Quick Pot people, I agree totally that there is VERY little info on this pressure cooker. You should have at LEAST as much as the InstaPot has, if not more. I don't want to be "live chatting" for help! I want LOTS of videos that I can view in a pinch! And THIS was a "as seen on TV" item?? You need to step up your game. I just got it and am SO disappointed in the lack of directions/specifics on food and functions.

You can NOT safely pressure can in this – or ANY – electric multi-cooker, despite what the marketing material says or what buttons are on the machine. NONE of them have been shown to be safe for pressure canning and it's irresponsible for them to claim that you can.

Just purchased a Power Quick Pot for souse vide. In one place it says use the glass lid. Well, you can't fit the glass lid under the top of the Quick Pot. Does that mean you don't use the glass lid? This so-call "instructional video" doesn't address that issue. By the way, as far as I can tell, the ability to select a specific temperature is also a sometimes thing. Will try to work with it a little longer, but it's close to being returned to the store.

Just got one. We used the pressure cooking mode for some oat meal. now we are trying the slow cooking setting. The display is now red (it ready), but the timer doesn’t count down at all. You can’t use the pressure cooker lid in slow cook mode, so we have the glass lid on it. all we get now is a red display switching between the timer and the temp values. The timer never counts down. It’s been on now and in the red state for 15 minutes.

Just called customer support and got no help whatsoever. The pot just stopped working in the middle of cooking. I was told to contact Amazon to send it back. I'm getting an Instant Pot

I have this and LOVE it – but there is SO LITTLE info on how to use it for various recipes and cooking. I figure a lot out on my own, and use Intant Pot recipes, but there is ZERO info, for example, on how to BAKE various things via the bake setting. The owner's manual is very, very lacking. They really should have a detailed Facebook group page, or online forum with adding more and more recipes and TECHNIQUES. Yes, I like to experiment, and am a good, creative problem solver, but sometimes I just want to follow the directions or not waste $ "experimenting" on foods.
