Can you set this to cook for 60 mins? the COOK TIME only goes up to 50min and then it just stays on 0000 and never begins. I seem to only be able to use COOK TIME for 30mins and do that twice. WHAT!!!

After two attempts, I cannot get the timer to count down in canning mode before the small "safety valve" releases the pressure. I will reseat the gasket for the third time and may end up owning a $100.00 crock pot….My neighbor has an Instant Pot and loves it. At least I could travel the mile to his house to see how his works. Your customer service was no help. I am a retired corporate Senior Buyer. I am not impressed.

I bought mine almost 1 and 1/2 years ago. I've never really watched to many videos concerning it but I have noticed 1 thing. Mine is the 6 quart Pro model and it doesn't have the same set-up for the pressure relief valve. Mine has a sliding locking system. Is this a feature on the Pro model only? I have no complaints with the unit (even though it did come with a dent in it) because it performs better than I ever expected.

I had this for about a year and I have only made beef stew with it. I found it to be quite confusing to use and not really straight forward. Maybe you guys can make more videos and sample recipes that will help.

I wonder … why advertise to get rice in 6 minutes when it takes tripple the time to get a seal if it works at all. I thought I give it a try but I'm disappointed. It doesn't even seal after 25 minutes 🤔😒

Best pressure cooker ever, ove made so many meals in it since my daughter bought me one for Christmas and Everything I've cooked in here has come out Perfect Every Single Time. And I Love how you can Brown your meat first so it's not all Pale when done. Ugh it's totally fool proof😛

Trying to use the canning setting that manual said to do for first time use. Seems to be taking forever to pressurize……24 min now and countdown still has not started!

I followed Eric's steps on making pot roast; plug in, select meat, time, wait for it to heat to sear……I waited 25 mins for it to heat in order to sear, it was ice cold. Even the unit under the pot was ice cold. How long does it take to pre-heat in order to sear? The display was just cycling, it never went to PO:40 like in Eric's video. I'm so bummed. Had to serve sandwiches as dinner tonight. 😔 –Ane

This is the 2nd cooker i have brought the first i had to return. My question is why when it starts to build up pressure it shuts completely off? How do I turn it back on? This is the same issue I had with the previous one!
