This thing is a joke. Yea it gets meat moist faster ! But it never demonstrated on commercial or book how much water heck I can add 2cups and it evaporates. I burn the bottom many times. Not worth the money. I wish I knew before. Plus they never mention on TV it takes 20 mins to warm up pressure before your actual time !

Hi, Do you need to add water, or does this have a water jacket around it or something? Can you explain the steaming bit, a lil more.
