I’ve had this pressure cooker for 3 years. I use it at least twice a week and it stills works great! do7.pl/Power I am thinking of buying another one in case they don’t sell them anymore. I bought mine at BB&B Bc of their return policy. Sorry it didn’t work for you, i get home from work put a roast in and in 1 hour is ready.

Okay, I tried to add minutes to my cooker up to 90 minutes and could not do it. The customer service rep said that for meats/chicken the max is 60 minutes. I've had my cooker for over a year and this is my first time using it. I know, don't ask. Is 60 minutes the max for meat/chicken.

How do I add more time? Longer than the 60 min it shows for meat? I want to cook a brisket for longer than 60, so how do I add a total of maybe like 1.5hrs??

I bought this pressure canner a couple of months ago and love it! I have been canning (and learning) all summer. One suggestion I have…..in your recipe instructions, it says, at the end of the cycle, to use the Pressure Release Valve to release the steam. My first few recipes that I canned, I found when I followed the directions, and removed the jars, I didn't get a 100% seal….maybe 50% wouldn't seal, and would siphon. I've since learned that, in order to prevent siphoning, you need to let the pressure release naturally. It was frustrating to me and I thought I would pass on this info. Someone may have already….I didn't read all of the comments. Love love this pressure canner!

I'm having some serious trouble. How can I ask questions? For example, I can't get the plug to stay in its prong going into the machine. Can I simply buy a new plug? ALSO, when I get contents to go to pressure, a terribly frightening alarm goes on and stays on even after i've pushed the release and unplugged the machine. Is that a sign of needing a new seal?
How do I find answers to these questions? I'm praying I can fix this and not buy a new one. 🙁
