Sorry for long delay I am so busy guy's hears the recipe.Evo extra virgin Olive Oil coat the bottom of the pan1 Very Lg Onion Chopped6 cloves of fresh garlic1/4 cup of fresh parsley chopped6-7 Mush fresh sliced1 Cup of Green olives sliced with no pits in the juice1/4 cup of cappers in it's juice Not SALTED1 CUP OF RED BURGENDY WINECHICKEN – I USE (thighs 6-7 no skin) 2 legs and 2 wings.1 can of Red Pack, or Hunts crushed tomato's Dir: 1. Fry Chicken in a little bit of oil till it's light brown and take out. 2. sauté onions an garlic wait 3 minutes then add mushrooms in olive oil till golden add pepper and touch of salt (note olives are salty you don't need too much salt)3. add 3/4 cup of canned tomato's you may need whole can depends on the amount of chicken you have4. add wine5. add olives and capers let it come to another boil. I reset the timer on the panel to saute.6. add chicken back in and stir gently and parsley.cover press the chicken button let it cook and ENJOY. if you add too much liquid it will be a soup. I serve it over bow tie macaroni. and parmigiana cheese. Enjoy
Did it, came out great. Missed the parsley, but added some italian seasoning instead. Here's a pic.

OK… thanks for the information. I know the power pressure cooker doesn't have a lot of instructions but the internet on Youtube has enough videos to watch you can get the hang of how to use it.
I would like to have seen all the videos put into one video so I would not have to download all 3.
If you want to download some of the videos on Youtube download a program called FreeMake. It will let you download Youtube videos and put them in a folder so you can watch them over and over. That has been a great help to me.
