Here is the recipe:

1 bottle of southern pecan nut ale
1 bottle of Caribbean Jerk Sauce

–brown meat then remove from pan.
–deglaze pan with half of the beer
–place meat in pressure cooker and pour sauce/beer on top.
–Cooking times are 45 min for rare. 50 min for med rare. 55 min for med.

    Hi to tell the truth I will not buy a power pressure cooker Xl again when I got mine I like it but when I had to get another pot for it they said it was discontinued so I will get a get a Instant pot pressure cooker I will not buy another power pressure cooker again or any others they sell I am through with Power Pressure Cooker Xl

    I'm enjoying this video, thank you. I just acquired a Power pressure cooker and getting to know it better. Can you show us how to adjust the time to say 37 minutes or say 75 minutes.I haven't been able to do that yet.

    Power Preassure Cooker XL…Bought one. Four months later the inner pot lining buckled up, came off the pot in pieces. Pot was ruined, and I tried to save it. No luck, and had to throw it away. I was heart broken I wasted my money. Never again!

    Marketing 101. Product didn't come ready out of the box. Lid assembly, gasket, relief valve? Or did I miss that segment? Plus meat looked dry, practice next time till be tender

    I am so disappointed with my PCXL. Not that it doesn't work, but the fact that the teflon coating started coming off. I have NOT misused, burned, or used metal utensils in it. I THOUGHT by taking good care of it, it would last a long time. A lot of pressure cookers offer a stainless steel insert pot. This one? Heck no, and I got a (I won't say rude person) not very nice person on the live chat, when I asked about it. I will NEVER buy anything WHATSOEVER from this company again.

    You said it does everything, have you ever heard of the "Wear chicken bucket ? " They were made to deep fry chicken in oil under pressure, kind of the way KFC does there chicken. Does this do that ? Even if this does not do that, it still looks like it could be very useful. This video was posted in 2015. How often have you use it and have you had any problems with the machine ? I ask because it just seems like a bad idea to have a metal pot heating liquid on one side and a electric control board on the other. I am thinking basically this is a computer surrouned by heated water. So what could go wrong. How hard is it to clean ?

    If you ever had one that never locked the lid you may have the silicone gasket on backward.
    After I finish my cooking I wash the cooking container, lid, gasket and aluminium separator the gasket fits on and then:
    I have taken a marks-a-lot and put a black line on the gasket so I know which way to put it on.

    if you're not sure about canning, make sure that you do it right! People have died or had to go to the emergency room with botulism poisoning because the gaskets on the jars were not sealed properly in the vacuum stage! If the top of a lid button is still popped up after the canning process is completed, that means the seal on that jar failed! DO NOT CONSUME the contents of that jar when it has been stored!

    You can brown meat in all these kind of pressure cooker. Do it in my wolfgang puck all the time but no on/off switch, not good if you leave it pluged in all the time

    Get the XL Pro … There is no stupid valve to spin and lock or unlock. There is a simple switch that you flip to lock in the pressure and unlock. I don't think this type of pressure locking mechanism is in the newer models.
