    I made this tonight but kinda made it low carb lol I used the 2 potatoes and for the white sauce I used heavy whipping cream with like an 1 oz of cream cheese. And for the meat I only put 2tbs of flour and it still came out delicious 😋

    Well I'm deff going give this a try. But the 1 thing that made this so nice to watch was u cleared everything from the holding dishes. Ie onion, bell pepper, butter… I'm hoping this goes in future recipes. It just makes me concentrate on recipe… Quirks are real…

    Seeing you slice the potatoes, I have a mandolin that I use in slicing potatoes this way. It is wonderful but you have to watch your fingers and use the device sent to attach to the potato for cutting. But it sure makes the job easier. It will slice at various thicknesses. This looks really good for a weeknight meal. Am going to try.

    This is a great recipe, but can somebody give me tips on how they would sneak some veggies in there? I have lost a great deal of weight, (300#) and I am trying to eat much healthier, but sometimes you just got to have your comfort food… Only in smaller portions now. LOL.
